Refund: Products purchased at full price and returned within 10 days of receipt (postmark) can be refunded using the original payment method. The product must be unopened and have the original label, and remain in the condition it was received. All refunds and returns are subject to a 10% return fee and an additional fixed return shipping fee of $7.50.
Full price products include products purchased at full price, and full price products eligible for the welcome offer are also eligible. Non full price items include items purchased during price reductions or promotional events, such as the Memorial Day sale, Black Friday sale, year-end clearance, etc.
After initiating a return, you must deliver the package to the nearest carrier within 28 days. After receiving the package, our team will need up to 5 working days to review and process your return before issuing a solution. Please note that there may be delays due to the postal worker and schedule. Please consult your bank to know when the payment will be refunded to you after processing.
Store credit: Customers who return goods within 15 days of receiving them will receive a gift card/store credit. Store credit does not require replenishment fees, and we will waive the return shipping fee. After processing your return, we will send you the store credit via email in the form of an electronic gift card. If you want to return the gift and wish to obtain store credit, please provide the correct email address to obtain store credit.
Returns initiated 15 days after receipt will not be accepted and the return label will be cancelled.
