Orders are only processed, shipped, and delivered from Monday to Friday. Orders will not be processed, shipped, or delivered during national holidays. All orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or national holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order processing takes 3-5 working days. Due to the handmade nature of our products and the availability of materials, some orders may take 5-10 working days, while “pre order” styles may take up to four weeks.
After your order is completed, we will send a shipping confirmation email along with tracking information.
After the order is completed, we will not be able to make any changes to the shipping method or delivery location/date.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Booking: If the order includes both regular inventory items and pre ordered items, the order will be fully shipped on the date specified in the booking. If you wish for regular inventory items to be shipped immediately, please place a separate order for the reserved style.
